Alaine
Amaral is a KRI-certified
Kundalini Yoga instructor (200-hr level), certified
Radiant Child yoga
instructor, artist, and mother of 2 young children. She became a teacher
to share the experience of the deep healing effects of yoga and
meditation, after being seriously ill for several years. She brings her
warmth, compassion and enthusiasm to every class, and teaches throughout
the MetroWest area.

Kaur Khalsa is the mother of a very active, now teen-aged
boy. She brings her artistic background and her eye for detail to
every Kundalini Yoga Class. Combining great creativity, sensitivity,
and imagination, she'll have you and your little ones practicing yoga
together with heartfelt joy and good humor. |

EkOngKar Singh Khalsa
is a kind, compassionate teacher with a great sense of humor. He has
practiced and taught Kundalini Yoga for many years. He also teaches at
the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. By day he is a professional
in the real estate industry. He is certified to teach Kundalini Yoga

Kaur Khalsa,
has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1979 and is certified by IKYTA.
She is lovingly dedicated to encouraging each student to release and relax
into the True Self. Guruatma teaches throughout the Metro west area
and brings great joy, energy and inspiration to her classes. |

Gurusangat
Singh,
lives and teaches at the
Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis, Massachusetts. He has
studied various forms of healing movement and meditation over the last 14
years. Of all the beautiful techniques he has encountered, those that are
part of Kundalini Yoga are closest to his heart. An accomplished musician,
he brings to class a unique perspective on the dynamic rhythms and patterns
within Kundalini Yoga and meditation. |

Guruatma Singh
Khalsa, M.Ed, D.Ay,
is a Reiki Master Teacher, certified in Kundalini Yoga, Neurolinguistic
Programming, and Hypnotherapy. His class is a twelve year tradition at the
Yoga Center and is a great way to deepen your practice and tap into your
creative source. He has a Masters degree in Ayurvedic Medicine, has
been a stress consultant for Tufts University, and has taught Yoga for the past
30 years. |

Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Ph.D.
is a psychotherapist, teacher, and writer, and is a world recognized expert in
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He heads a business consulting
firm, has a broad-based therapy practice, instructs at MIT, and is a co-author
of Breathwalk. Dr. Khalsa is an
expert in the mind and in the applied psychology of meditation and peak
performance. |

Holly Davenport has practiced yoga for
many years and is certified to teach Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. A busy
mother of four, she works in our 3HO/Yoga Center office and teaches yoga to
groups ranging from teens to seniors. She teaches with joy and enthusiasm
for yoga and healthy living. |

Jot
Singh Khalsa has been
actively practicing Kundalini Yoga for 30 years and teaching for almost that
long. For 18 years he has taught a Tuesday night Yoga Class through
the Milford Community Program. A certified Kundalini Yoga and
Meditation Teacher, Jot's classes emphasize powerful yoga sets that
challenge, but not overwhelm. By day, Jot Singh is a successful
designer, artisan, and metal smith. |

Manjit
Kaur Khalsa, Ed.D is a licensed
Psychologist with 20 years experience in which she has helped individuals to
achieve gratifying relationships and increased income. She is co-author of the book Radiance
and Victory, which describes a spiritual approach to prosperity through

Sandy
Faist is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga
Teacher, a member of IKYTA, the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers
Association and a certified Breathwalk instructor. She holds a Bachelor of
Science Degree in education and has worked with children and families as an
early childhood education for over 15 years. Sandy currently teaches yoga at the
Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, MA and offers yoga classes for senior
citizens in the local area. |

Sarang Kaur is a KRI- certified Kundalini Yoga
teacher (200-hr level), and a certified Radiant Child yoga instructor. She
practices the ancient meditative healing art of Sat Nam Rasayan, and brings
to her classes the experience of applying 40-day meditations to life's
challenges. She loves to cook and creates delicious vegetarian meals for
workshops and retreats held at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center. She shares
her life with her loving husband and their beautiful daughter. |

is a MA-certified educator with a degree in physical education.
She is also certified to teach Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. By day
she is a professional in the publishing industry. A lover of
sports, harmony, and nature she also actively plays soccer, bikes,

Krishna Kaur Khalsa
has taught yoga from more than 25 years to private clients, group classes, and
teachers across the United States. She is a certified Kundalini Yoga
Teacher and has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Fine Arts. She
specializes in yoga classes for women with a focus on personal growth. |

Siri Tapa Kaur Khalsa is a Reiki Master, Sat Nam Rasayan
Healer, and certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She lives a life
committed to being healthy and happy and available to all. Everyone who
knows her is touched by her openhearted, compassionate, mother energy.
